Mobile apps

All prices are in US dollars, for direct clients, before taxes. After the minimum of 6 full months the plan continues month to month and you cancel with 30 days’ written notice; a period paid in advance runs to its end.
Changes and questions are requested in writing (WhatsApp or email). Times count from a complete request, in business days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Managua time, without Nicaraguan national holidays.
Anything over the form or storage quota is billed at the end of the month, based on actual use, and we let you know when you reach 80%. Forms are never blocked.
Not included: mailboxes (forwarding info@ to your Gmail is free and we set it up), other domains, third-party tool plans, and new sections, pages or features, which are quoted.

11What we do not do
We would rather say it up front.
Everything is built from scratch in our own code. Nothing depends on plugins or third-party updates.
Since January 2026, Meta has not allowed general-purpose AI assistants on WhatsApp Business. We do not offer automated flows yet, and the way to talk is WhatsApp, with no chat widget on the site.
We do not offer it: Stripe does not operate in Nicaragua and local gateways depend on each bank. A catalog with ordering over WhatsApp covers most businesses.
Accounts and logins are not part of a website: they are quoted as a custom system.
We build and measure your site. Campaigns and posts are handled by another person or team.
We work with the photos and videos you give us; we do not run shoots. We polish the copy with you, and writing all of it from scratch is quoted separately.
We do all the technical work to industry standards and recommendations, but nobody can promise a spot in the results.
12Frequently asked questions
Landing is a single page with one clear goal. Sitio has 3 to 6 pages. Sitio + integraciones is a multi-page site that also connects to other tools, such as a content manager to change your photos, videos and part of the site's text, or your Instagram posts. All three come in Spanish and English, with the full technical SEO base and Google Search Console.
Up to 7 business days for a Landing, up to 10 for a Sitio and up to 14 for a Sitio + integraciones, counted from the day we have the complete copy, photos and logo. The dates assume your feedback and approvals come back on time.
Your copy or the facts about your business, your logo (SVG, PNG or WebP), your photos and two or three sites you like. If you already have a site, we read it to get a head start and you confirm every detail.
50% to start and the other 50% when you approve the preview, before launch. The project gets a start date the day the first payment arrives. The monthly plan starts on launch day, is paid in advance and runs for at least 6 full months after the launch month; you can pay it every month, every 3 months, every 6 months or once a year, and the year costs 12 months for the price of 10.
Small changes (a piece of text, a photo, opening hours, a price) are covered by your monthly plan, up to each plan’s allowance. A new section or page is quoted before we build it, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Because it depends on plugins and constant updates, and every piece is one more thing that can break or need patching. Our sites are published as pre-built pages on Cloudflare’s network: fewer pieces, less upkeep and more speed.
The domain is registered in your name, and your content, brand, photos, contacts and analytics data are always yours. The site’s code and our tools are ours, and we hand over the source code free if you ask, once the project is fully paid and the 6-month minimum has passed, with a license to use and modify it for that site. If the plan ends, within 10 business days of your full payment we hand over the site files, the content in both languages, your contacts, an analytics export and the domain transfer code.
