Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the available channels on this site (contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp). This may include your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your inquiry about software engineering services. Outside the private business proposals described under “Website and analytics,” we do not collect browsing data that identifies you or install tracking cookies.
How we use your information
The information collected is used solely to respond to your inquiry, coordinate the delivery of our web development, mobile application, and AI automation services, and maintain communication related to the projects requested. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Storage and retention
Your personal data is stored in internal Emov Studio systems with restricted access. We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable law or standard industry practices.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information when required by law, court order, or competent authorities, or when strictly necessary for the delivery of the contracted service (for example, with hosting infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare directly related to your project, or with artificial intelligence tools such as Anthropic that we use to do our work, with human review at every step).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. To exercise these rights, contact us via email at [email protected].
Website and analytics
We use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the European Union, to understand anonymously how this site is used: which pages are visited, from which country and on what kind of device, and which contact or language buttons are used. We do not use cookies. We store a random, anonymous identifier in your browser that is not linked to your name, email or phone number, and we do not collect those details. Your IP address is used only to work out your country and is not stored. Statistics are kept for one year. We do not use them for advertising or sell them. If you prefer not to take part, add ?notrack=1 to the page address once. The private business proposals we send to clients (pages under /propuesta/) also record reading activity: when the proposal is opened, which sections are viewed, how far the page is scrolled, reading time, the buttons and links used, the language chosen, the referring site, the device, operating system and browser type, and approximate location (city and region) as reported by Cloudflare. This activity is kept in a log of our own, separate from PostHog, and PostHog counts it only without the proposal's name. To do this we store two random identifiers in your browser: one for the current visit and one that lets us recognize a return visit to that same proposal. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser. We do not use cookies, do not store your IP address and do not use this data for advertising; we use it only to follow up on the proposal and keep it for up to 12 months. On the rest of the site, that log of our own only records, without identifiers, use of the language button.
