Emov Studio
- Listens and gives you a proposal and a date in writing
- Designs, builds and publishes the site
- Checks the quality before launch
- Tells you about any delay before it happens
- Maintains the site and makes the changes
Six stages, each with its own timeframe and owner. You know what comes next, how long it takes and what we need from you.
* We count from the moment your content is complete. Dates depend on you replying on time: if something slips on your side, the date moves by the same amount.
01Step by step
What happens in each one, how long it takes and who does it.
Before the delivery clock
Depends on calendars and on when you send your content.
Delivery clock: 7 to 14 business days*
Landing, up to 7. Site, up to 10. Site + integrations, up to 14.
We talk about your business and what the site has to achieve.
We send you in writing what it includes, when it ships and what it costs.
You send us copy, photos and logo. When it is all complete, we confirm the date.
We send you three designs in one file. You pick one.
We build the site, you watch it come together, and we do two rounds of changes.
We publish it on your domain, ready for visitors.

After launch
The project does not end the day the site goes live.
* We count from the moment your content is complete. Dates depend on you replying on time: if something slips on your side, the date moves by the same amount.
02Who does what
Two parties make the project. A third can join if you already work with one.
No agency? Nothing changes: we sort this out with you.
03Times and rules
Times are counted in business days and hours, from a complete request.
First reply: we confirm your request in writing, with a date. Change done: the small change live on your site.
Esencial
Mantenimiento
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Managua time, without Nicaraguan national holidays. We announce planned absences two weeks ahead; on those days reply times pause and incidents are handled as soon as possible.
You approve by email. If you do not answer, we send one reminder and, 10 business days later, the work counts as approved and the balance is due.
If we wait on your content for 15 business days, the project pauses and restarts at our next free slot. After 60 days paused it closes: the deposit covers the work done and, if you return within 6 months, counts toward the same project.
Every rule, in full, is in the general conditions.
04Commitments
We give you the dates in writing and work to meet them. If something moves on our side, you hear it before, not after.
One WhatsApp group per project for day to day, with whoever you want to add. Approvals go by email, so they are in writing.
From the first day of the build you have a preview link. You never have to ask how we are doing.
The domain stays in your name and your content is yours. If the plan ends, within 10 business days of your full payment we hand over the files, your contacts and the domain transfer code.
Write to us on WhatsApp. After two short conversations, we send you a written proposal within 48 hours.
